My children's book 'You Can Make It In Formula One' is available to buy from Amazon: Written for children but I hope adults enjoy it too it is a light-hearted but information packed book on how drivers make it to F1 and what it is really like once you are there. From diet and exercise, dealing with the press, a typical race weekend...it's all in there. I hope you enjoy reading it as much as I enjoyed writing it.
