Contract lengths are negotiable, usually reflecting the academic year for students.

Rent per room:  £35 per week

Deposit: £200

The water bill is paid by us, all other bills are paid by the tenants (electricity, gas, telephone if required, TV licence, etc).

For students to avoid having to pay local council tax, we will provide you with a simple council form to complete thereby exempting you from paying the tax.
