The date of this picture is Wednesday 6th October 1982. Members of the choir were required to take uniforms
that evening for a photo-shot for the newspapers, having won the Cup at Porthcawl the previous Saturday, 2nd October 1982.
Keith recalls that Bob Edwards forgot his, which is why he is ducking down.

"I think in those days there was one set-piece, and one or 2 own choice - Can anyone remember?
We got quite friendly with Snowdon Colliery (Kent) (3rd), who had a black conductor with no arms (thalidomide).
I think we did a concert with them later."
