Well the only other possible loser is a spade which will disappear if the diamonds break 3-3, can we improve on that? If we play off all our winners and west has 4 's plus the K he will be squeezed in front of the dummy, if he throws a diamond we throw a spade and if he bares his K 's we throw a diamond and keep two spades and drop his king but that dosen't work against east because he throws after dummy, that is called a positional squeeze, can we improve on that?
