You
ruff the opening diamond lead on the table, cash the K
and close your eyes and finesse the J, phew it holds but the
bad news is west shows out. It's our old friend the trump
reduction. Cash A & K East
drops the Q and trump a club, cross to a heart and just play
clubs. East refuses to ruff and we pitch 2 diamonds and 1
heart coming down to AJ K .
When we try to get off dummy with a heart east ruffs and down
we go, where did we go wrong?
After ruffing a club we crossed to dummy with a heart, that
was the mistake, we should have played K
and another heart ending on the table and then played clubs,
try it it works.
