Welcome to the QED Japanese Allotment Links Page. Most of
these links are to Japanese Language sites and you will need
appropriate software to view the text - although the
pictures should be fine. As you can see from the names, many
of these sites have been constructed as Japanese versions of
the German kleingarten model, known in England as "leisure
gardens". The QED Allotments Group is working with Japanese
"shimin nôen" gardeners and enthusiasts to find ways
in which Local Agenda 21 can be linked to allotment
gardening in both countries.
