1) Apologies: Mr R May, Mr J Stone, Mr J Bourne.
2) Minutes of the Eighth Annual General Meeting: Accepted (Mr A Philip/Mr B Palmer).

4) Secretary's Report: The Committee has met five times since the Eighth Annual General Meeting. During the past year the Committee has co-opted three new members under Rule 6 (Mrs J Lee, Mrs T Suter, Mrs E Poulton). The Secretary thanked the auditor and the outgoing committee members (Mr T Smith, Mrs S Morey, Mrs A Anderson) for their assistance in the past year. The secretary reported that the site is currently 98% rented with 4 vacant 1/2 plots. One non-cultivation notice had been enforced and a quit notice was to be issued for non-payment on the 25th May, 2000. The secretary reported that the committee had agreed to become members of the allotment watch scheme operating locally.
5) Questions on the Secretary's Report: It was asked if the site was troubled with vandalism, to which the answer was negative.
6) Treasurer's Report: The Treasurer introduced the Statement of Accounts for the Year 1999-2000. Total rental income for FY1999-2000 was £2353.14. Profit from the Seed Scheme had increased by £12.95 and interest on the bank account was down due to lower interest rates. A transfer of £500 had been made to the savings account during the year. The water charges had increased by £226.49 on the previous year.
7) Questions on the Treasurer's Report: A question was posed with regard to the amount of money the association had in the bank and what the intended use might be. One option suggested was the improvement to the water supply system, but it was mentioned that the costs may be prohibitive.
