Matters Arising from the previous Minutes
DC referred to the Community Assembly meeting held in December that he attended. He felt that the meeting was useful and interesting. RW referred to the survey data used at the meeting and highlighted the need for good quality data and interpretation.
DM thanked RW for the information passed to him with respect to the Stonehill Woods Caravan Park planning application.

PS on behalf of MS, request to pay for collection & transport of pallets to Dartford Road. PK agreed to look into continuing problems of collection & delivery. If MS required to pay for collection & delivery, AGREED expenditure to £10.00
PK referred to previous purchase of POOP SCOOP bags by QED, with QED logo. A new supply of bags was now needed. AGREED that QED would sponsor purchase (up to £1,700) of new POOP SCOOP bags, biodegradable, with "SPONSORED BY QED" + QED logo + article in next DB NEWS. (post meeting note: too late for next edition of DB NEWS but on agenda for following edition).
Feedback from Groups
Dc & DM - nothing to add. RW, referred to article in Amateur Gardening re Allotment Gardening Regeneration project including reference to QED. PS referred to Tredegar Allotments article in this month's CHOICE magazine, again referring to QED. PK asked each Chair to notify him of meeting dates for their respective groups. RW listed the Allotment Group meetings as being 3 February, 7 April, 2 June, 7 July, 1 September and 3 November this year.
Meeting between QED Steering Group & Leader of DBC
Agreed to go ahead with the proposed meeting date & time (12 February @ 6.00pm) despite shortage of meeting time. Issues to be discussed were listed and put into chart form as shown on following page. This to be passed by PK to Steering Group before meeting and any comments back to PK asap. Then to present the paper to DBC Leader prior to meeting.
