David confirmed that he was happy with the Waste/Pollution Group Terms of Reference

It was agreed that none of the groups with the exception of the allotment group have any muscle. Richard suggested relaunching individual groups rather than relaunching all of the groups.

It was agreed that the Steering Group terms of reference needed revising and suggested combining the 2 documents that had previously been circulated

The group discussed the need to link biodiversity with the health/waste groups

Richard suggested sending a questionnaire to Allotment Group members via the newsletter which is circulated twice a year. Richard agreed to raise this at the next Allotment Group meeting recommending the allotment group put the questionnaire together.

It was suggested that QED linked with national activities at a local level i.e. a local HDRA group for people interested in organic produce and promoting the BTCV Composting Advisor programme.

Sandra was asked to send a letter to PAT dogs explaining the situation and cancelling the booking. The group then discussed their own involvement in the Dartford Festival and decided to not attend the event. Sandra was asked to contact David Meade to explain the situation as he had left the meeting prior to the discussion about the Dartford Festival.
