| July 31 ~ A brilliant performance by STACY HEWARDINE at the Ironman UK Triathlon held in Bolton to-day where he recorded a PB over the tough event. Details are on the RESULTS PAGE |
| July 30 ~ Another race completion for RICHARD BAKER with tonight's Kingsbury Classic 12km organised by Tamworth Harriers and using 95% of Richard's course from the Kingsbury Classic race he organises in May each year. Full details are on the RESULTS PAGE |
| July 28 ~ With four finishers in the last of three "Fast & Furious" 5km races at Kidderminster & Stourport AC tonight, AMAZING FEET were by far the largest club entry other than the hosts. | July 21 ~ Results from Pitchcroft are confirmed, and the INTER-CLUB RACE LEAGUE PAGE has now been updated. As well as the six finishers on the RESULTS PAGE, we also had two DNF's on the day - STEVE HAWKES retired at the end of the first lap with a calf niggle, while STUART HAWKES pulled out at the end of lap two |

| July 20 ~ ANDY NORRIS and RICHARD BAKER were the clubs' representatives at the Vic Musgrove Fast 5km tonight, the fifth race in the 2011 Telford Sexarathon series. Results to follow |

| July 17 ~ A small but select turnout at the latest event in the Inter-Club Race League with seven members taking part in the annual Pitchcroft 10km - 3 flat laps around Worcester Racecourse ! Fortunately, the sun gods gave in this year and race conditions were far more comfortable than usual. Results to follow |
| July 11 ~ RICHARD BAKER kisses goodbye to another 10 days of live jazz and blues in Birmingham, and is immediately back racing at the Frampton Village 10km. Great news as the usual tiny plastic cup of warm cider is replaced by a bottle to take home and put in the fridge !! Results to follow |
| July 10 ~ Congratulations to the 192 athletes who completed to-day's off-road WYRE FOREST HALF MARATHON. First home in a time of 1:18.04 was DAVID EVANS of Wolverhampton & Bilston AC, over two and a half minutes ahead of MATT GILES, with PAUL MOUNTFORD third. First lady home was JESSICA HARVEY of Telford Harriers in 1:35.22, with CHARLOTTE HALFORD of B&R AC second and ALISON COOKE third.
