RACE LEAGUE ARCHIVES 2009

RACE No. 8  ~  STOURBRIDGE STUMBLE : 13.06.2009  

Our best turnout of the season, as fifteen FEET make the short Saturday evening trip to Stourbridge for the 10km Stumble. PHIL WEBER makes his first League appearance of the year, and collects a maximum 30 points as the first club member home. The top three all run, and maintain their positions at the top of the League. GERRY SANDERS remains our only ever-present this season, and has now run 84 consecutive League races.  GERALDEEN LYNCH makes it three maximums out of three finishes, as she moves in on league Leader SUZANNE DUNN.  JEAN MAFFEI remains third, but 2006 Champion ANITA JONES rockets up to equal fourth place.
