MAY 11 > Congratulations to KORENJAK ULLA of Ryde Harriers who won the Ladies title at today's Lymington 10km in 39.40 (Korenjak was 14th overall in the race). Poole Runners' BECKY GRIFFITHS was runner-up in 39.59 with REBECCA HOLLOWBREAD (Lymington Run For Fun) third in 35.40
MAY 11 > Well done to NICK BUIS of Southampton RC who won today's RNLI Lymington 10km in a course record time of 33.34 !  Rumours are that the race start will be amended next year to avoid road closures, so Nick may have this course record for all time. Watch this space. PAUL CAMERON (Isle of Wight RR) was second in 34.09 with KELVIN WEAFER third in 35.40

MARCH 29 > We have received confirmation from Peel Road Runners this morning that they would be able to marshal the KINGSBURY CLASSIC for us on Tuesday May 13th. This is likely therefore to be the date for this year's race, as long as it is still OK with Kingsbury Water Park and we can still obtain a race permit from UK Athletics. Watch this space for a decision early next week.

FEBRUARY 16 > CAMBA EVENTS is delighted to be associated with the first St Richards Hospice Midnight Walk on Saturday July 5th. This event is not a race, but a ladies only 10 mile walk. CE will be handling all the walk entries, which it is hoped will reach 2000 in advance of the walk. Our new MIDNIGHT WALK PAGE is now launched, where we will keep entries up to date with any news and information
FEBRUARY 16 > CAMBA EVENTS is delighted to be involved once again with the excellent RNLI Lymington 10km on May 11th. This event over a wonderful multi-terrain course which includes sea-views across the Solent to the Needles continues to attract record entries each year. Our RNLI LYMINGTON 10km PAGE has been updated for 2008

May 7th ~ A beautiful sunny morning saw almost 450 entries and nearly 400 turning out for the fifth Lymington Lifeboat 10km. Provisional results are now available on the RNLI LYMINGTON 10km page.
May 5th ~ We are at the R.N.L.I. LYMINGTON 10km race this Sunday, assisting with race organisation and results. The aim is to have full results posted on this website by Sunday evening/Monday morning.
May 5th ~ Entries received for both the KINGSBURY CLASSIC and WARNDON FUN RUN have now been processed and returned. For more information see the individual race pages.
April 20th ~ After discussions with PEEL ROAD RUNNERS, Kingsbury Water Park, St. John's and the Midlands MCAA Permit Secretary, we have now decided to re-instate the KINGSBURY CLASSIC 10km race on Wednesday May 10th at 7.30 pm. This is going to involve a lot of hard work in a very short time, so we would ask you all to please support this event and enter early. Entry forms are now available on the re-vamped KINGSBURY CLASSIC page. Our grateful thanks to PEEL ROAD RUNNERS who have agreed to provide us with marshals on the night. If anyone else can lend a hand, we would be very grateful, and prepared to offer the usual free place to anyone who can bring a willing volunteer along on the night.

April 10th ~ The WARNDON VILLAGES FUN RUN page has been totally revamped and updated. Click on the link above for this year's information, and to download an entry form.
April 10th ~ It was confirmed yesterday that CAMBA EVENTS will be assisting the RNLI at the excellent LYMINGTON 10km race on May 7th 2006, with finish protocols and results. We understand the course has been amended from previous years, still with the same start and finish, but with less of the route on the roads.
April 10th ~ Results from yesterday's WRIGHT HASSALL REGENCY 10km in Leamington have now been processed, and a PROVISIONAL listing is now available on the Regency 10km page. We are still working through this, we are aware that there are still a number of errors in the later results, and we will have these sorted in due course. Please be patient.
April 9th ~ Congratulations, and thanks, to all of you who took part in the record-breaking WRIGHT HASSALL REGENCY 10km in Leamington to-day. Results for the first 350 are now on the Regency 10km page, along with one or two photographs.
March 27th ~ RACE FULL - RACE FULL - RACE FULL - RACE FULL !  The Wright Hassall Leamington Regency 10km on April 9th is now over-subscribed, and no more entries can be taken for the 2006 race.
March 22nd ~ It is with regret that we have to announce we will not be holding the KINGSBURY CLASSIC this year. We have had no feedback regarding help with marshals, and have reluctantly decided that it is impossible to organise the event to the high standards we would want ourselves, without that help. Hopefully we will be able to arrange something for 2007 ~ watch this space !

March 5th ~ We are now at the point of no return regarding the sixth KINGSBURY CLASSIC 10km at Kingsbury Water Park on Wednesday May 10th. We have promoted this event for the last five years, watching it grow steadily into a 200 strong race in 2005. We always have a problem however in marshalling the event to our satisfaction, though with help from injured runners and spectators this has been a success over the last couple of years. However, one of our four helpers is now at University, leaving us even more short of cover this year. So - do YOU want us to continue to put on this event, and can any of you offer any help with marshalling at this year's event. Time is very short for us to get a permit application in, so please e-mail us at camba.events@btinternet.com as soon as possible. Thanks.

June 5th ~ The weather stayed fine, the Community centre open day pulled in the crowds, and the WARNDON VILLAGES FUN RUN attracted record entries with 302 signing up for the three main races.
June 4th ~ Don't forget, on the day entries for the WARNDON VILLAGES FUN RUN will be taken tomorrow between 12 noon and 1.50. Please do not leave it too late as we usually receive over 100 entries on the day.

May 11th ~ Well done to our 2005 KINGSBURY CLASSIC Champions : ANTHONY JEWKES of Oak Park RC who won for the third year in a row in 34.06, and ISOBEL PARTRIDGE of Birchfield Harriers who took the ladies title in a course record 40.31.
May 11th ~ A huge thank you from Camba Events to the six people who came along and volunteered to help us out as marshals. You were all vital to the smooth running of the race, especially in view of the local yobs who had wrecked most of the course signage and taping that we had been working on since 10.00 that morning.  If the volunteers can let us know their names, we will add you to the website and thank you properly.
May 11th ~ A massive thank you to all those who entered on the night, bringing us to a record entry of 186 at the fifth KINGSBURY CLASSIC. Thanks to the 172 runners who took part - 170 finishers and two injured athletes who couldn't finish.
May 11th ~ Race Day has dawned bright and sunny.  Bring your friends to marshal, and plenty of water - there is NOT a drinks station on the route until the finish (unless we get enough marshal volunteers).  We will be at Kingsbury Water Park for the rest of the day, so our contact number is 07969 210598.

May 10th ~ Don't forget we are after extra marshals for the KINGSBURY CLASSIC tomorrow night. If you are planning to come and enter on the night, why not bring a mate along to help marshal, and we'll gladly give you a free entry into the race. Fair deal ?
May 10th ~ Who would be a race organiser ?  Despite ordering medals and trophies on April 28th, these are now being delivered TOMORROW ! We have a small matter of a 10km course to create and sign for you tomorrow, so hopefully the vital parcel will be delivered to us at the Water Park sometime tomorrow morning. Don't worry - you will all get your medal, even if we have to post one out to each of you after the event. We are assured that delivery will be made !
May 10th ~ We have a final pre-race entry total of 119 for the KINGSBURY CLASSIC, which is over 150% up on 2004, and is already 20% up on the final total for last year. There is plenty of room - entries available on the night at Kingsbury Water Park, free parking from 6.00 pm.
May 9th ~ Race numbers are finally received to-day for the Warndon Villages Fun Run. We have to get Kingsbury out of the way now, but numbers and information packs for WARNDON should be sent out early next week.  Please be patient !

WE NEED MARSHALS FOR THE KINGSBURY CLASSIC next Wednesday. If you are willing and able to help us out, please contact RICHARD BAKER on 0121 358 4483 or camba.events@btinternet.com as soon as possible to let us know. We need around 6 or 7 people, though we can use more if we get them. FREE entry attached to each marshal volunteer for your partner, friend, club-mate etc.

April 3rd ~ Congratulations to ANDREW TRAIN 36.33 and SARAH ARMSTRONG of Amazing Feet RC 44.12 who are the 2005 SCENIC SIX Champions. Ideal conditions saw 206 finish the six mile multi-terrain event, with a further 85 completing the fun run.

March 10th ~ We managed to squeeze a few more in today, but have now hit the absolute limit. This means we are now having to return entries from tomorrow - sorry but we did suggest on the entry form that you entered early to avoid disappointment. March 9th ~ The LEAMINGTON REGENCY 10km is now FULLY SUBSCRIBED. We can accept no more entries after today, and any received will be returned in their sae together with their cheque. Anybody entering from today's date without a sae will simply not receive anything back from us.

February 25th ~ The LEAMINGTON REGENCY 10km now has 629 confirmed entries. That's 71 in the last four days !  Do NOT leave it too late to enter - remember there is a 750 entry limit.
February 22nd ~ It has been decided that the 750 entry limit on the LEAMINGTON REGENCY 10km WILL be enforced, to ensure a comfortable experience for all participants. Therefore, with less than 200 places still available, it is expected that the race will fill up well before Race Day. If this happens, there will be NO entries on the day.  Don't delay if you want to take part - 558 entered at 21.02.05.

Apr 4th ~ An amazing day as record numbers enter and take part in the 3rd Scenic Six at Peopleton in Worcestershire. Six mile winners are TOM KENDERDINE and RUTH HEATLEY, both of Kidderminster & Stourport AC in 34.44 and 42.11.  Results are done, but we cannot upload them to the web page at present (see above)
