 Frances Cross has over 20 years experience as a management development trainer and has delivered training to over 2000 delegates. Groups that Frances has experience of training range from administrative and support staff through to directors and partners. She has experience of training in a wide variety of management skills, including customer service, sales, coaching, negotiation, networking and social influencing and account management.
In the last 5 years Frances has worked extensively in the professional services sector including the legal sector. She has also worked for 2 of the "Big 5" accountants and a leading bank.
Frances spent 6 years with Huthwaite International an international training organisation and has run training programmes throughout the world in sales and business development and so has experience of training audiences from a number of cultures. During her time at Huthwaite she was also involved in training design and training consultancy as well as training delivery
