Kate
Fleming, founding Partner is a practice development and marketing
specialist. She has over ten years’ experience in the management and
marketing of service organisations and professional service firms and is
also a qualified trainer.
This
includes time as Head of Marketing for the Training & Enterprise
Council and Marketing Director for a leading commercial law firm.
During this time she was responsible for marketing strategy,
business development skills and client care programmes.
Kate
specialises in the development and implementation of marketing strategy
for professional firms and is a well-known presenter of public and
“in-house” training programmes on the marketing of professional services.

International, Kate has worked with Huthwaite to adapt and develop its proven
Spin® Selling methodology, to create a
unique sales training programme that meets the very specific needs of
organisations engaged in professional serivices.
