This module concentrates on how to improve the effectiveness of managers by developing communication skills
An individual's ability to communicate effectively is crucial to the effectiveness of any organisation. Being able to build healthy working relationships at all levels with people throughout the organisation is vital to success.
This workshop looks at the key skills individuals need to develop to be effective communicators. A major part of effective communication lies in understanding communication styles, learning how to influence others and putting individual styles to work to create effective business relationships.
