Managing the performance of employees is a key part of a manager's role in a law firm and individuals responsible for managing staff need to be able to effectively appraise performance in a systematic and structured way to get the best from their staff
The purpose of this programme is to:

- Enable participants to gain confidence in appraising staff performance
