As pressure on fees increases and more clients ask for fixed fees, the need for fee earners to use time effectively is vital for the satisfaction of clients and the profitability of the firm. Nobody ever has enough time, we always feel we are up against time limits which is a constant source of stress. Our "to do" list never gets finished, our in pending tray never gets emptied and endless interruptions from colleagues or the telephone leaves us wondering if we will ever catch up. We cannot create more time but we can organise the time we have much better.
Objectives
This workshop will enable participants to review their use of time, and to provide some practical guidelines and techniques to improve their own self management. Using tried and tested time management strategies, this workshop will help participants work more effectively, be a better manager and live a more balanced and productive life.
