- Regrettably, The Last appears to be another casualty in the run of pub
closures. It has been closed for 2 months (as at 25th Nov 09) and has been
for sale Freehold for over 3 months. Another sad loss - Nov 2009 Shropshire Star article 1 Apr 2010 - the pub has been bought by Heart FM DJ Nick Snaith who wans to 'says pull the historic pub into the 21st century” but retain its countryside character - Apr 2010 Due to re-open in June 2010 - May 2010 |
