Old stone pub that served food and good beer. Lots of beams and hops. Beer Garden. Rescued from closure in Sept 2001 but closed in Oct 2005. Situated in The Square in Clun just off the B4368. Last visited Oct 2002

Re-opening at 5:00pm on 12 Jun 2009
15th century pub with a lounge and bar. Food served. Accommodation. Unique collection of engineering brasses on the beams in the lounge and collection of stellar curios. Dominoes are popular. Beers are all from the Bank's stable. Situated on High Street  on the B4368. Tel - 01588 640277. Visited Oct 2008 as part of the Clun Valley Beer Festival Pub Website
