Craven Arms Hotel

Freehouse. A hotel which also has a couple of bars. Only one seems to have the real ale on handpulls.    Food served. Accommodation. Car park. The Woods was very tasty. Situated just off the A49. Tel - 01588 673331. Visited 2003

Freehouse. Friendly basic local with three real ales.  Situated on Dale Street near the cattle market. The Woods Parish Bitter was on special offer and the pub was carrying out a customer survey to see whether it should replace the banks's or Worthingtons. Tel - 01588 672583. Visited May 2000 and June 2003

Stokesay Castle Hotel

Freehouse. Also a hotel. Food served - but our advise is to avoid this if possible. Accommodation. Comfortable surroundings and lots of wooden panelling. The stained glass windows are quite a feature. Car park. Situated just off the A49. A small brook runs past the front door. Visited Nov 1999 and Oct 2002
