Greenalls pub so guess what, yes, just Tetley Bitter on handpull. Not a bad pint but a bit cold. Situated in the town centre on High Street so it's handy for the fish bar. Young clientele who enjoy the loud music and pool table. Tel - 01746 861266.  Visited Mar 2002

Castle Inn
Freehouse. Occasional live music and popular with  locals. Food served in The Turret restaurant. The Pedigree Bitter was disappointing but the Hobsons Town Crier was tasty. Car park. Pink walls. This was the 600th pub visited by the Beer Tasting Team. Situated on Woodhill Road.  Tel - 01746 861757.  Visited Mar 2002

Freehouse. Bar and restaurant area. Food served including Sunday lunch. Pool and darts. Beer quite   tasty but served a bit cool. Large car park. Popular pub for younger drinkers. Situated on Woodhill Road on the B4555. Tel - 01746 862550.  Visited Mar 2002
