landlords Dave and Jane. It has been completely and beautifully
refurbished as a Bar and Restaurant. Superb food all prepared inhouse by
Michelin experienced chef. Well worth a visit - Sep 2010 - During the opening of The Mucky Duck, Dave was serving Cock-a-Hoop and Tribute. I had the Hoop which was spot on - Sep 2010 - What a superb change to this pub. Had lunch, desset & coffee for under £7. And a marvellous pint of St.Austell Tribute went down well. I would thoroughly recommend a visit - Oct 2010 Went for a meal on a Thursday night. I agree with other comments about the food. It was a cut above normal pub food and was excellent. One beer on, Cockerhoop, which I rated as 2 stars - Nov 2010 |
