Freehouse. Ideally
situated just over the road from the River Severn - but high enough not to get flooded.
The tables outside overlook the river and the sound of running water helps the beer go
down. Food served. Collection of water jugs and steins on the beams. Car park. Open all
day. Tasty and very well kept beer. Situated at Lloyds Head. Tel - 01952 882471. Visited Feb 2000,

| Banks's pub. Well kept Bankss beers in the popular riverside pub. Often flooded - check out the flood levels on the door outside. Authentic Jackfield tiles behind the bar. Bar billiards. Guest ales - the Old Hooky and Sneck Lifter were tasty but a bit cold. Car parking can be tricky when busy - the pub is down a cul-de-sac - at the end of Ferry Road - but it can also be accessed from Coalport over the footbridge. Tel - 01952 882178. Website.
