Wetherspoons pub, so you know what to expect. This one has funky lights and chandeliers - named after a Shropshire industrialist. Cheap food and beer. We were not too impressed by the beer considering the pub has the Cask Marque award. Food served. Situated in Central Square at Telford Town Centre. Tel - 01952 208710. Visited Jun 2006 Pub website

Readers comments -  Have been to the Wetherspoons in Telford, the first time was for the training day and the beer and service were 5 star. However I have subsequently been twice more and don't intend to go again. Both times they had only one hand pull available and both times the knowledge of the staff and level of service was woeful - Dec 2005
