Free house. This used to be a nice country local with pool, darts and dominoes with food served. Collection of horse prints and black and white photos. Car park. Beer garden. Located off the beaten track on Platt Lane near Whixall Moss.  Tel - 01948 880259  Visited Feb  2001 and Jul 2006
Banks Bitter Pleasant, bit tinny, very drinkable
Salopian Shropshire Gold Tasty, no head, bit cold
