A familiar face on BBC North West for many years, Stuart Hall switched channels to Granada by 1991.

 Will Hanrahan

Will Hanrahan began as a Radio Reporter in York, before joining BBC Look North. Next was BBC Spotlight, followed briefly by Central News. Watchdog and Good Morning with Anne and Nick followed.

 Jerry Harmer

As Christopher Slade's replacement on Spotlight, Jerry didn't stay long. He defected to rival, TSW Today.

Following the demise of TSW, Jerry moved to Anglia News to become it's Bedfordshire reporter.

Jerry moved to Bangkok in 1996 to become a cameraman/producer for Associated Press Television News, the world's largest TV news agency.

He's still there today.

 Jaqui Harper

Jagui Harper, one of the Newsroom South East newsreaders.

During her time on the programme, Jaqui could also be seen reading the BBC News summaries.

Jaqui later became one of the founder members of the GMTV team in January 1993.

BBC Points West, 1980s.

 Andrew Harvey

Andrew started his broadcasting career with the BBC in Southampton and in Bristol.

This was followed by a move to London to present the National News at the BBC.

A move back to Southampton followed in 1998 when Andrew replaced Harry Gration at South Today.

Andrew moved back to London in 1999 to present for BBC News 24 and can now be seen presenting on the ITN News Channel.

 Jane Harvey

Former HTV Wales newsreader, Jane Harvey, can now be seen presenting and reporting for the BBC Wales consumer programme, X-Ray.

Katy Haswell, the original co-presenter of Westcountry Live, Katy moved to London to present for ITN and the LNN on London Tonight.

 Gerald Haycock

Gerald Haycock, a former reporter on Westward Diary didn't make the move to TSW, instead moving to HTV News (West) in Bristol.

 

He then switched channels to report and present for BBC Points West.

Gerald Hine-Haycock, is now the Course Director of the BBC's Journalist Training Scheme, based in Bristol.

 Peter Hayes

From HTV News (West) to Central News, via TSW Today.

Peter is now the Political Editor for Carlton, covering Central and Westcountry.

BBC Look North (Leeds), 1960s.

 Philip Hayton

One of the original members of Look North in Leeds, Phillip moved to the London to present the National News.

Philip then became the big name presenter of BBC North West Tonight in 1994.

This move was short lived, with Philip moving back to London to present for BBC World.

Philip can now be seen presenting on both BBC World and BBC News 24.

Former LWT News, Lookaround and Meridian Tonight (North) presenter Lisa Hazlehurst, can sometimes be seen presenting the overnight Sky News bulletins.
