Lisa Holland, a former reporter and presenter for BBC Spotlight in Plymouth can now be seen reporting on Sky News.

 Allison Holloway

Allison Holloway, co-presenter of HTV News in Bristol during the 1980's.

Allison was chosen to co-present ITV's Olympic 1988 coverage with Nick Owen.

Allison was quickly snapped up by Sky at the launch of Sky News in 1989.

She then helped launch the South East edition of Meridian Tonight in 1993.

Allison now lives in Los Angeles, where she runs her own Production Company.

Good Evening Ulster, 1983.

 Eamonn Holmes

Eamonn Holmes' break into television came with Ulster Television's evening news magazine,
Good Evening Ulster, in the early 1980's.

Eamonn's break into network television started with the BBC's Open Air programme in 1987, presenting alongside the likes of Bob Wellings and Pati Coldwell.

Early mornings beckoned for Eamonn, moving to the Sports Desk on BBC Breakfast News in 1990, following the demise of Open Air.

Early mornings obviously suited Eamonn as he launched GMTV in 1993, and he's still there today.

As well as GMTV Eamonn has presented other programmes, both for ITV1 and the BBC, including one of the BBC's National Lottery programmes!

Emma, a former Radio 1 Newsbeat presenter, moved to BBC Breakfast News in 1997 to report and occasionally present. She has also presented on BBC News 24 and reported for the BBC's Watchdog. Emma is now a Newsgathering Reporter for BBC News.

From co-presenting Today South West in Plymouth, Merryn moved to BBC North West Tonight to co-present with John Mundy.

Merryn is now a Media Trainer.

Jenny Hull, not such a move as a change of style, until 2001 that is!

Jenny has of course presented other programmes including as How do they Do That with Des.

Jenny reappeared on BBC South Today for a short period in 2001, only to move to HTV News (West) in Bristol in October 2001.
