Karen can now be seen on Sky News.      David Robertson A former BBC News reporter and World Affairs Correspondent, David had moved to BBC News 24 at it's launch in 1998. David can now be seen presenting BBC Reporting Scotland.    Kathy Rochford BBC Midlands Today presenter Kathy Rochford moved for a short time to TVAM as their Midlands corespondent.   She was enticed back to the BBC to launch the new BBC East Midlands Today in 1991. Kathy can still be seen on BBC East Midlands, albeit not as the main presenter.    Michael Rodd Michael Rodd was one of the original Lookaround team when it launched in 1961. He went on to present the BBC's children's quiz Screen Test. Michael was also one of the presenters of the BBC's, Tomorrows World. Michael also presented TVS's The Real World and stood in for Mike Scott on The Time The Place.    Chris Rogers Chris Rogers started at BBC Radio Oxford in 1971, followed by BBC Radio Carlisle in 1973. Next was the switch to TV with Border TV's Lookaround in 1979 and TSW in 1982. Chris made, what with hindsight, a rather clever move to BBC Spotlight in 1990. Chris is now BBC South West's Political Editor, presenting Spotlight on Westminster.    Chris Rogers This particular Chris Rogers made the move from the BBC's Newsround to Sky News. This was followed by a stint reading the news on Channel 4's RI:SE Chris can now be seen on the ITV News Channel and back at Sky News.    Tim Rogers Tim Rogers, from BBC Wales Today in Cardiff, to reporting for ITN.    Carla Romamo From Reporting Scotland to the bright lights of GMTV in London!    Alex Rossi From Tyne Tees in Newcastle, Alex moved South to Meridian Tonight in Southampton. Alex is now at Sky News.    Brenda Rowe Brenda Rowe, from HTV News in Bristol in 1982 to ITN in London by 1991.    Peter Rowell From the BBC Schools programme Look and Read in 1988, to HTV's Nightclub in 1990. Peter is now probably the most familiar face on HTV West, reading most of the stations short bulletins. Details of Peter's appearance as DJ Mickey Stone on the BBC School's programme Look and Read (Geordie Racer), can be found at Ben Clarke's comprehensive Look and Read web site.      Pam Royle Pam Royle originally joined Tyne Tees 1982 as a weather forecaster. A few years later and it was ITN. Pam next launched the new LWT News service for London in 1988. She had returned to Tyne Tees to co-present Northern Life by 1989.
