Booking/Rental Conditions

All rentals are subject to the following booking/rental conditions.

• All correspondence will be sent to the first named person at the address specified on the booking form.
• The booking is not accepted until acknowledged by ourselves.
• The person must pay £100 per week deposit on completion of the booking form.
• The balance including £150 security deposit (refundable) must be paid 8 weeks prior to the date of departure.

Period of Rental

• The rental period commences 4 pm. local time on the day of arrival as indicated on the booking form. The Villa must be vacated by 11 am. on the day of departure.

Refundable Security Deposit

• A security deposit of £150 is payable per booking. The deposit will be returned as soon as possible after you return to the UK (usually within 4 weeks), after we have received confirmation that our villa has been left in a satisfactory condition and the keys have been returned to the security box (attached to the villa) The other key should be returned directly to ourselves.

Liability

• Although every effort is made to ensure that the villa is in perfect order for your holiday we cannot accept liability for any third party claim, accident damage, or loss to you, your property or for any medical expenses however incurred.

• The owners and the owner's agents do not accept liability for injury, howsoever caused as a result of the use of the swimming pool. Adults are requested to ensure children are supervised in the pool or pool decking areas.

YOU ARE ADVISED TO TAKE OUT YOUR OWN HOLIDAY AND MEDICAL INSURANCE

Cancellation

In the event that you cancel your booking for whatever reason the following cancellation charges will apply:

• More than 8 weeks - The deposit.
• Between 6 and 8 weeks - 50% of the total rental costs.
• Between 4 and 6 weeks - 75% of the total rental costs.
• Less than 4 weeks - 100% of the total rental costs.

Keys

• You will receive directions to our villa, where a key is retained in a security box. We will also send you an extra key.
