The Villa
Our beautiful villa has 4 double bedrooms,
family room, dining-living room, kitchen-breakfast room, 2 bathrooms, utility
room, double garage and a private screened swimming pool with extended deck. The
pool area is not overlooked, providing privacy when sunbathing and swimming. The
villa has a telephone (and answering machine), with FREE local and
international calls, also FREE WiFi Internet connection.
The garage has been converted into a games room.

Family Room
This room incorporates a view of, and access to the swimming pool area, via patio doors. It is extremely relaxing and beautifully furnished in Floridian Style. The family room incorporates a 40", LCD Flat Screen,TV with a video / DVD recorder, plus a selection of videos and DVD’s. There is also a radio / CD / cassette player. with a large and varied selection of tapes and CD’s. The cable TV has been upgraded to a digital package incorporating over 300 channels, including films and Premiership football matches, for any football fans.
Kitchen/Breakfast Room
This
room is open plan and comes complete with table and seating for 4 people. The
kitchen is fully equipped with fitted cooker, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer
with icemaker, microwave, blender, coffee maker and all other mod cons.
Dining Room/Living Room
A
Spacious room with vaulted ceiling, this provides a dining table and seating
for 6 to 8 people. The room offers the extended family additional space. Double
and triple sofas provide further seating. For your relaxation after a day at
the Theme Parks, you may wish to make use of the 25" cable TV and video
recorder, plus a selection of books and games.
Bedrooms
All four bedrooms are fully furnished with fitted wardrobes, bedside chests, further drawer space and radio alarm clocks. The villa can sleep nine when the ‘foldaway’ bed is utilised. The Master bedroom comes complete with queen size bed, television and luxurious en suite facilities. The second bedroom also has a queen size bed. The other two bedrooms have two single beds each. The ‘foldaway’ bed can be utilised in one of the twin bedrooms. There is a further family bathroom.
Utility Room
All your washing requirements are catered
for e.g. washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. Access to the
garage / games room is available via the utility area.
Garage / Games Room
For our guests’ enjoyment,
we have installed a full size, slate bed pool table, air hockey and electronic
dart board. If golf is your game, there are three sets of golf clubs for
guests’ use and numerous golf courses in the vicinity. Fancy a game of tennis?
Well there are four tennis racquets and balls – and it’s just a short walk to
the all-weather tennis courts.
Swimming Pool
The
deck has been increased for your comfort and comes complete with four
sunloungers, table, parasol and chairs. The pool is crystal blue, fully
screened and secluded. It is not overlooked by neighbouring pools, therefore no
‘goldfish bowl’ effect. The pool area has additional lighting, important for
that evening dip and relaxation period following a visit to the theme parks.
Adjacent to the pool is the barbeque area, for that ‘al fresco’ experience.
From late October through to April, you may require the pool to be heated.
