ROBOT WARS (US) : From the motherland of the Robot Wars competition. The American competition web site. Crammed full of images and info of the death fest that is the US Robot Wars, held every year in San Francisco.
ROBOT WARS (UK) : The British cousin of the American pages, it's the dull and boring advertising pages belonging to Mentorn. I think this page is more for participants than spectators.
BOTZ '99: A name that makes Mentorn cower in a corner. It's BotZ '99 Mentorn's competition in life. Check the site out for yourself, and decide who is better... Unfortunately this has now dried up into nothing. Still, the site is still there...
VECTOR OF ARMAGEDDON: Run by Internet Robot Wars
authority Adam Clark, once a Manx TT mechanic, now one of the leading RW advisors and
operator of Vector of Armageddon, a very close replica of the very successful American
'bot "Wedge of Doom".
MISSION CALIBAN ROBOT: The robot sponsored by
Scoot, the information directory. Entrant into 1998 Robot Wars.
OLIVER STEEPLES : Winner of the UK Robot Wars '97 Featherweight division. Includes details of his further exploits including CP2 or Sneaky Plan.
TEAM Roadblock : Run by a friend of the Roadblock team, who thrashed everybody at RW97, but will succomb to the power of Mercenary. Ahem.

Newsgroups:
alt.fan.philippa-forrester: Ok, ok, you might think that I'm a bit sad and everything and this is totally off topic - but it's not. There are a lot of builders in here...
comp.robotics.misc: Serving basically as the Robot Wars newsgroup until a specific one can be set up, and also where the idea of BotZ was started up (see update for more info).
alt.robotwars: It's not so new now. It was full of people discussing the TV programme and also the technical side of building a running a robot, but now the traffic has moved over to the web based forums at the Dangerous Machines site and also one by Team Biohazard.
