After several attempts at my homepage I decided that the best idea would be to keep it simple, so I have (I hope). At first I used a Lotus publishing program to create the website, but it didn't quite come out as I wanted it, so I decided to learn HTML, something that I would advise anyone creating a web page to do - you can choose exactly how you want it, rather than limiting yourself to the abilities of the publisher. I do, however, sometimes use GoLive Cyberstudio 3 to update the site, once I have got the layout and ideas sorted out, as it is easier to see exactly what's changing, but the site was basically created from HTML. There is nothing more annoying than various banners that take absolutely ages to download, so I decided not to put any on with open links. The only open link on the whole site is the counter on the Home Page. I have tried my best to make this site as user-friendly and as interesting as possible, but I am always open to suggestions. I am going to try and compile a page of pictures of people who visit my page, so if you have a picture of yourself (gif or jpg only please) then please email it to me.
