This leaflet was produced in 1972 in the period when America was reducing its forces in Vietnam and equipping the South Vietnamese to take increasing responsibility for the conduct of the war. Addressed to "Brothers, Officers and Soldiers of the Saigon Army" it talks about the defeats suffered by the Americans and the Thieu regime and the failure of the Vietnamisation of the war. It urges them to stop dreaming, drive out the occupiers, and thus gain a new life and future, happiness for their families, and freedom for the fatherland. The boxed text states that the leaflet can be used as a safe-conduct pass.
