This would appear to be an unattributed  leaflet which was included in the Gift Kits. Headed, "To the children!", it is clearly written for small children and refers to "these useful things which you will freely have in a non-communist country", and goes on to say, "behave like a good child ...we obey and love our parents". This one is written for older children and reads in part, "Your friends from the free world are pleased to send you these small gifts. We know that it is difficult to have these things in the North. Tell your friends about your luck to have them". Such a leaflet tries to exploit all children's  tendency to be materialistic and  contrasts  the free availability of useful articles in the "free world"  with shortages in a communist state.
