3rd Floor - Broadcasting House in 1932



Three small talks studios, a much larger studio and a 'chapel' for religious broadcasts filled the tower on this floor.

In 3E was a statue of
St. George by Vernon Hill.

The three small talks studios (3B, 3C and 3D) are each shown with small silence rooms, these were not equipped with microphones, however, and were intended for listening on headphones.

Also in this section are pictures of the offices of the Chairman and the Director General.
