Roger's Dyslexia Page

Some members of my family suffer from dyslexia.

I am interested in the similarities between both problems.

I have been asked to write software to help them.

My Initial Idea : some dyslexia is caused by an inappropriate teaching method, that allows some people to omit steps in the 'normal' learning process.

These people would benefit from the opportunity to practice letter, word and sentence recognition in the computer environment, structured as a 'game', but with scores and histories to identify improvements.

I will try to write a simple program to do this, and try it out on volunteers.
