This is not intended to be the arid discussion of a textbook, but more as a prod to stimulate the interflow of ideas!
Here are a few ideas which I feel are worth discussing. Please feel free to comment, disagree or whatever. They are not fully formed arguments, I could be persuaded they are wrong. They are not intended to cause offence, to be racist, fascist, or any other sort of -ist.
A good source of philosophy links is the Philosophy Archive, or you may wish to visit The Thinking Man's Minefield. I particularly like the title of that one; ideas, and clearly expressed and readily communicated ideas are a minefield
It seems to me that computers stimulate a lot of philosophical discussion on the nature of thought, life, the universe, etc. I'm sure that, given time, I can find good discussion forums/user groups which may be more appropriate than this page, but in the meantime I'll add links here as I find them.
