This is a modern but traditional, private villa with lots of character and panoramic views. It is situated in an ideal position in the rural village of Conil which is just 7 kms (10 mins' drive) from the beaches and main tourist resort of Puerto del Carmen. There is a heated, private swimming pool (8m x 4m) and various patios for secluded sunbathing. The villa is all-electric and tastefully furnished. The floors are tiled throughout. Sleeps 6 with comfort and ideal for families and/or couples.

The accommodation is mainly on the ground floor where there are two twin bedrooms, bathroom, split-level lounge/dining room, large kitchen and spacious hall. The fully equipped kitchen has all mod cons. The lounge has music system, TV & video with ample selection of tapes. Heating during winter months (if required).

The first floor accommodates the master bedroom, a further bathroom and a roof terrace. Safe installed for valuables. Hair drier.

British Management with 24-hour emergency contact. "Welcome Pack" of food on arrival.Weekly maid service which includes change of bed linen and towels. Twice-weekly pool service. Smoke alarms and fire extinguisher.

There are superb mountain and sea views from the villa towards the south of the island and on a clear day the beaches of Fuertuventua can be easily seen.
