of the sort of texts we can provide, we present four of them online. Three
short and one much longer. The longer one is an outline of British Archaeology
and here is
a short summary of that text:
This is intended as an introduction to archaeology and as an aid to reading in and around the subject. Readers will live in all parts of the British Isles and will need to be made aware of archaeological sites in their area so a large number of sites are mentioned As a text for 'A' level Archaeology techniques, suppositions and themes are discussed together with excursions into European, Near Eastern and East African archaeology.
