Action on Entitlement is a consortium of charities and voluntary organisations which all offer advice directly to parents. It is a single-issue pressure group, working to defend the legal entitlement of individual children with special needs. It includes major national organisations such as the Advisory Centre for Education, the Centre for Studies in Inclusive Education, Network 81, the Down's Syndrome Association and the Association for Spina Bifida and Hydrocephalus as well as local groups.
