was launched during Belfast Rose Week 2008.
 

Written by current President and founder of the Rose Society Craig Wallace, the liberally illustrated 116 pages add a new dimension to local rose history.  This north-eastern corner of Ireland has been the United Kingdom's main centre of rose breeding since the 1880s and the book highlights the continuing Irish enthusiasm for 'The Queen of Flowers'.
