Five speed close ratio gearbox
This Cluster is to fit into the BSA pre unit gearbox shell, either B31/33 ,A7 /10 standard or Goldstar Rocket Goldstar ..RRT2 type.
This assembly is a conversion from the standard 4 speed to a five speed gearbox,
The only original parts retained are the selector shaft spindle and the selector pawl mechanism [in outer case ]which connects to the gear lever.
The gear change pattern is the same as the original RRT2 gearbox with reverse cam plate : ie : rearset models 1 up and now 4 down
The speedo drive gear can be used form owners own gearbox to retain his selected speedo drive ratio
