With the help of David Fall, who conducts a One-Name Study of Froggatt, I have constructed a database of birth and marriage entries in the civil registration indexes for England and Wales, covering all Froggatt registered births between July 1837 and 1900, and all Froggatt registered marriages between July 1837 and 1909.
This database contains 3,867 births and 2,303 marriages.
In general, the entries include only the information in the index itself, i.e. not parents' or spouse's names, though in many cases these have been added with the help of census information and other sources. I may add registered deaths at a later stage, but currently these are not included.
