I have two sources of interest in the Reynolds family name.
Firstly, Catherine Reynolds, my 7xgreat grandmother, who married Edward Froggatt on February 14th, 1686, at Tatenhill, Staffordshire. They had three children: Elias (1687), Edward (1689) and Christian (or Christiana) (1694). Catherine died in 1712 at Alrewas, Staffs. I have not been able to trace Catherine's baptism or the identity of her parents.
My second interest in the Reynolds family stems from my 6xgreat grandmother, Elizabeth Reynolds, who married John Faulkner on 11th August 1722 at Clunbury, Shropshire. They had four children baptised in Clunbury: Elizabeth (1723), Eleanor (1725), John (1730) and Thomas (1733). I have no clue as to the ancestry of Elizabeth Reynolds at the present time.
