I'm looking for any and all information on Thomas James Wright. He was born about December 1847 and was supposed to have sung in the Lichfield Cathedral choir. Family legend has it that his father died young and his mother may have remarried a Richardson. He had brothers or step-brothers who were in the Queen's Guard. He became a sailor (?) and eventually emigrated to the United States around 1879. His father may have been a painter (artist? house? theater backdrops?).
