My name is Marion Ryan. I am an NCMA Registered Childminder and I have been providing childcare services since 1982.During this time I have enjoyed looking after children of varying ages, nationalities and special needs.

I am committed to providing a warm, friendly and professional home-based day care
provision for all ages of children.

My four children have also enjoyed the experience of having an "extended family" over the years. Although three of them have now left home, it seems that their childhood experiences have played a key role in developing a caring attitude towards others, so much so, that they have taken up childcare, nursing and teaching careers.

Between September 2000 and September 2006 my husband, Mick, and I childminded together.

I am the coordinator for the local Childminding group. This group provides support and emergency/holiday cover if required. We meet regularly which allows the children to form friendships with other minded children, as well as becoming familiar with the other childminders. I am a Committee Member of the Milton Keynes Childminding Accociation was an NCMA Regional Committee Representative. We also help run the local toddler group.

I am constantly taking regular training to develop my professional practice, this provides me with current information of how I can provide for the health and developmental needs of the children in our care. I am a  member of a NCMA Children Come First Network.

I offer a 'No Smacking' and Smoke free environment, where I am truly committed to helping children in my care reach their full potential by offering a range of stimulating activities which target their physical, intellectual, language, as well as social and emotional needs.

8.00am until 6.00pm
Monday - Friday
