This home page is designed to inform you about our activities as well as a brief history of the four churches which form the Beacon Ministry

Our Mission

Our vision is that every church in the Group is a worshipping, welcoming and serving congregation, witnessing to and teaching about the transforming love of God as seen in Jesus Christ and experienced through the gift of the Holy Spirit, willing to play its part in the community with those outside and inside the church. We believe that spiritual values give meaning and substance to life and our children's work focuses not only on the development of the intellect, but also of the heart and character. Our aim amongst all members is to help them experience God in their lives and to increase their knowledge and confidence to talk about their faith, and to give training where it is necessary. We believe in the importance of the feeling of belonging, and that this is partly achieved by using the gifts of our members to the benefit of all. We see communication between the churches in the Group as vitally important and will constantly seek ways of improving this.
