5.1 Magazine Competitions

Alot of items are seen in PC Engine magazines whereby readers are given a chance to win things which are related to PC Engine games such as the telephone cards with pictures of PC Engine characters, cover scans etc.
Other things include Bomberman rucksacks, CDs, Tengai Makyo II Jacket and even not for sale hucards such as Darius Alpha.

5.2 Tokyo Game Show

Another way of getting freebies PC Engine related is to go to TGS. Held in Tokyo and very expensive to get in (okay the queue is bad too), one can pick up alot of promo items given away from stalls by companies active in selling their products.

5.3 Caravan Shows

Some promotional items can also be obtained from Hudson's Summer Caravan (more in the Caravan section).
Some gamers who compete in the competition walk away with things such as promotional hucards (Bomberman Users Battle, Bomberman 93 Special etc).
