A stove made specially for dinghy cruising but also useful for general camping and picnics. The burner, gas regulator and hose are from a standard stove and are mounted in an aluminium housing which gives better wind protection than the standard stove and prevents the pan sliding off when the boat rocks. It has proved to be very useful.
Construction is from 16gauge aluminium alloy sheet but that is really thicker than necessary, 20 gauge or less would probably be adequate. A couple of stainless steel rods support the pan.
