Although terms are cash on receipt to established customers, new purchasers will be asked to pay cash with order. During my set-up period, I regret that credit cards can not be accepted. Payment should preferably be made by Sterling cheque drawn on a UK bank, but cheques in French Francs or Euros may be used by arrangement when placing your order. The book remains the property of the seller until payment in full is received and cleared. Books will be dispatched within three days (usually less) of receipt of firm order. Should you find that your purchase is not as described, please notify me by phone or e-mail within one week of receipt in order to arrange the return of the goods. |
